What to write to us about
- Corrections. If something on the site is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. We would rather fix it than defend it.
- Requests. If there is a product or a category you want covered, say so. Reader requests move up the queue.
- Questions. If a guide did not answer your specific situation, ask. The answer often becomes a section in the next update.
- Brands and PR. We do not publish sponsored posts or paid reviews. If you want to send a product for review, say what it is and we will tell you honestly whether we plan to cover that category.
What we cannot help with
We are not a retailer. We do not process orders, handle returns or provide warranty support for anything reviewed here. For those, contact the shop or manufacturer you bought from.
